My 2026 Wish For You
Time to Read: 2 mins
This newsletter is a little different than usual.
There’s no lesson tucked inside. No practionable framework to walk you through.
Just a share… and a wish.
It’s New Year’s Day, and I’m sitting at my desk, grounding myself in my 2026 plan. Part of that plan is about how I bring my work to the world.
But underneath the how is a much bigger why.
And tied up in my why is something my train of thought keeps wandering back to... a wish I hold for you.
More than anything, I want 2026 to feel easier for you.
âś… Easier in the way your days unfold.
✅ Easier in how much you carry around — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
âś… Easier in the way you move from one decision to the next.
I hope this is a year where you feel less pulled in a hundred directions at once…
and more grounded in what actually matters to you.
đź’› Where you trust yourself a little more.
💛 Where you don’t have to overthink every choice.
💛 Where progress doesn’t require constant pressure or pushing.
I hope you find yourself showing up in ways that feel steadier and more intentional…
where you’re responding to life instead of constantly reacting to it.
I hope the goals you’re working toward start to feel more doable.
👍 That the plans you’ve made begin to support you, rather than weigh on you.
👍 That the effort you’re putting in shows up in ways that you can really feel.
And I hope you experience the quiet kind of growth that changes who you are and how you lead.
The kind that brings more ease, more clarity, and more moments where you think, yes… this is the direction I want to be heading.
More moments where you’re leaning into your self-leadership and creating the outer impact you’re striving for.
That’s my wish for you as 2026 begins.
And my commitment to you is to keep showing up — on YouTube, in these Newsletters, and on LinkedIn — to support you along the way.

I’m really glad you’re here. And I’m grateful to be stepping into this new year with you!
With love and to your continued success,
Laura 💜🧡
